Maybe Jesse you just asumed that it's Slavas nickname because (SURPRISING!) google translated his name wrong to the word "War".

The process of fixing volume of audio tracks is "audio normalization".
Prof. use SW like Steinberg Cubase, Adobe Audition...

For you the easiest way to fix the volume is to use a program like mp3gainPRO.

Use of program?
1. Download and install..
2. Start program
3. Go to File and Load File to select your podcast (mp3 file)
4. In bottom right there is a "autoNormalize" button, click on it.
5. wait. wait longer. Almost done? Ok.
6. When finnished the normalized mp3 is placed in the same folder as previous one but has the word "_normalized" in name. (like: THI438_normalized)

Give it a try...

Would you guys please buy a compressor/limiter for your audio? I'm constantly adjusting the volume.

I love the show and listen every week. but it's by far the worst audio production of any podcast I've heard that was worth listening to. Do you have a producer, or someone with professional audio experience? if you do, find someone new.
